Subdivision & Land Development

As required by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, the Cumberland County Planning Department in conjunction with the Cumberland County Planning Commission reviews planning and ordinance amendments and Subdivision and/or Land Development Plans for consistency with municipal planning documents and in the interest of public safety and regional impacts.
